Q: What are Lil' Bugs hours?

A: We are open 5 days a week. Click on CONTACT US for hours.


Q: I am new at consigning, how does this process work?

A: All you have to do is gather your unwanted items up and bring them in.  All clothing MUST be in a TOTE/BOX. NO GARBAGE BAGS ALLOWED!!!!! Lil' Bugs puts them into our system by your name.  We price and tag your items.  Whatever option you chose to consign, is how you will receive payment.  It is that simple.  We are here to help you sell your items that your children have grown out of.

 

Q: Does Lil' Bugs have a return policy? 

A: Yes we do! You can return any item within 5 days of purchase date.  All clothing items must still have the tag on them. Store credit will be issued.  NO CASH REFUNDS


Q: When can I call about my consignor balance or check the status of what has sold?

A: You can contact us anytime during normal business hours. Please contact us by phone at (570)-841-2022, email, or Facebook. 


Q: How long are the consignor balances valid?

A: They are valid for 12 months after the expiration of the 90 day consignment period.


Q: Does Lil' Bugs charge a fee to consign?

A: No, unlike many consignment stores, we DO NOT charge any fees to consign your items.


Q: How does Lil' Bugs keep track of my things?

A: We use software especially designed for consignment shops. Every consignor has their own account. All your items are entered in the PC and tags are printed with numbers identifying the consignor and item.


Q: Can I get my things back if they don’t sell?

A: Of course! You must contact us before your expiration date and request that we note on our calendar that you want to pick up your unsold items. You will be responsible for picking them off the sales floor.


Q: If I don’t pick up, what happens to my things?

A: On the day after your expiration date, they become the property of Lil' Bugs and we will donate them to a local children's charity of our choice.


Q: Does Lil' Bugs buy outright?

A: Yes we do on occasion please contact us at 570-841-2022


Q: How much will Lil' Bugs price my things?

A: A general rule of thumb is 60% to 50% of the original retail price, depending on condition and desirability. For example new clothing with tags (NWT) generally sells for approx. 50% retail. 


Q: Does Lil' Bugs require appointments for Drop offs?

A: As of right now we do not require appointments for existing consignors.  If you are a new consignor please contact us.


Q: What forms of payment does Lil' Bugs accept?

A: We accept Cash and Credit Cards. (VISA, Mastercard, Discover & American Express)


Q:How do I know your items are safe to re-use?

A: We receive daily e-mails of all recalls and check all items that come in. 
We do not sell items deemed dangerous or illegal to resell 


Q: Does Lil' Bugs require clothing items to be on hangers?

A: No hangers.  We use special hangers for all our merchandise.


Q: How does Lil' Bugs pay consignors?

A: All consignors that choose to "consign" will receive their payment in the form of a check.  Consignors that choose the option for "store credit" will receive in store credit.


Q: What clothing items are accepted when?

A: "Winter items" are accepted from August to January and "Summer Items" are accepted from January to July. It all depends on what our inventory is on that particular size.


Q: I am looking for a certain item and I don't see it in your store?

A: We have a "wish list" at our store.  Let us know what you are looking for and when that item comes in we will let you know.


Q: How do I bring my clothing items in?

A: Please bring items in a tote/box.  Please have sets together. It is easier to go through your items when they are neat and organized. NO GARBAGE BAGS ACCEPTED!!


Q: Do you have a rewards program?

A: Yes we do!!! Every $20.00 spent earns you a stamp.  After 10 stamps you receive $10.00 off your purchase.
